Joe Getz –Sales Manager

During his career Joe has worked directly with several of the leading A/V integration contractors and many of the industry’s leading vendors. During these years in the A/V industry, he has participated in the growth of the marketplace during the transitions from an analog world to the digital one we live in today. Working directly with small and large A/V contracting firms and a group of the best individuals in the industry, he has been able to cover all aspects of an audiovisual project from concept and design with the customer before the process really begins to working a concept into an engineered design package, managing the project through installation and following through with ongoing customer support. Cradle to grave project management and taking the project all the way across the finish line, is how Joe works to implement successful solutions in a complicated technical industry. He strives to make high-tech solutions work for everyone.

Mark Nichols –Buisness Manager

Mark started his career in the high-tech arena of internetworking and spent 10 years building the Internet with various companies. Always the entrepreneur, Mark uses his experience in business, technology and professional services to bridge the gap between your business needs and technical solutions that supply them with innovative answers. Having top-level industry certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, PMI, and many other technical and professional organizations allows Mark to offer advice on the best of breed in technology. Currently Mark works as a partner to enhance the customer experience, provide projects that have real Return-on-Investment based on your business, and structure financing and payment terms that work in your situation.

Don Getz –Service Manager

As Service Manager for Matrix Media Partners, Don is responsible for coordinating the service and installation schedules for all projects routed through this office. Key responsibilities include the creation of engineering and installation quotations for sales staff presentation to customers, interaction with customers throughout the design and installation process, and travel on-site to client locations to manage installation procedures. Don also completes CAD engineering documentation and system schematics. In addition to his ten years of experience in custom installation and service work, Don contains many other manufacturer certifications, including those from Sony, Crestron, and Extron.
